Cancellation is free when you tell us at least 12 hours before your pickup time — for an airport transfer, at least 12 hours before your flight lands. There is no penalty and nothing to refund, because we take no deposit and no card details. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as your plans change, so the driver can be given another trip. Inside 12 hours, or if nobody is there at the pickup time, please still message us: a driver has usually already set off for you. The full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
Yes. A baby or child car seat is available on request for IDR 50,000 per seat. Tell us your child’s age when you book on WhatsApp so we can make sure a suitable seat is available and fitted before pickup.
Yes, and it is a good way to turn the drive into a day out. Popular stops on the way to East Bali are Sidemen Valley, Besakih Mother Temple, Tirta Gangga Water Palace, Taman Ujung and the local waterfalls. Stops add travel time and an extra charge of about IDR 150k - IDR 250k in total per car, depending on the detour, which we confirm with you before the trip.
Two clean, air-conditioned MPVs. The Premium MPV (Toyota Innova Reborn) takes up to 5 passengers and 4–5 standard suitcases, and is the one to pick for a long drive such as the airport or Ubud to Amed, or for a family with plenty of luggage. The Standard MPV (Toyota Avanza or similar) takes up to 4 passengers and 2–3 suitcases, and is the better value for couples and small families.
